 elichot is a special service that occurs on the Saturday evening prior to 
 Rosh Hashanah. Selichot generally includes a study component as well as wo
 rship. We will be observing Selichot this year with a study program on the
  subject of Jewish Ethical Wills at 7pm\, followed by the service at 7:30 
 pm.\n\nEthical wills\, also called spiritual or legacy letters are resourc
 es Jews have used for centuries to articulate and pass on deeply held valu
 es and beliefs. Historically\, they were letters written by parents to chi
 ldren. They contain an individual's moral legacy and may include stories\,
  life lessons\, and blessings for the future.
