DESCRIPTION:October is Breast and Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month!  Join t
 he Congregation Beth Jacob family at 7 pm for our Sharsheret Shabbat servi
 ces! Help us raise awareness about breast and ovarian cancer within the Je
 wish community. Learn about the increased risk within the Jewish community
 \, how to determine your risk\, how to be proactive about your health\, an
 d how we can support community members facing di­fficult circumstances.\n
 \nSharsheret\, the Hebrew word for chain\, is also a national organization
  supporting Jewish individuals and families facing breast and ovarian canc
 er\, those who have been diagnosed and those at high risk.  A guest speak
 er from Sharsheret will give a presentation.\n\nMusical soloist Rachmiel K
 lein will help lead the congregation in prayer and song.  All are welcome
  to attend our Shabbat service\, held both in person and on-line on Zoom.
